NO PURCHASE NECESSARY No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Contest Period The contest begins when the official "Win a Free Photoshoot" post is published and closes at the exact date and time specified on the official contest social media post.

Eligibility The contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of BabyStudio Inc., its affiliates, and their immediate family members (or those living in the same household) are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter To receive one (1) entry:

1. Visit the BabyStudio Inc. booth during the event.

2. Take a photo with the "WIN A FREE PHOTOSHOOT" banner stand.

3. Post your photo in the comments on the official "Win a Free Photoshoot" Facebook or Instagram post published by BabyStudio Inc. Limit: One (1) entry per person.

Prizes & Odds Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) complimentary Hello Fall or Boho Bloom Family Photography Session with BabyStudio Inc. (Approximate Retail Value: $ 99 CAD each).

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be substituted except at the sole discretion of BabyStudio Inc. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Winner Selection & Claiming Prizes Two (2) potential winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period. Selected winners will be announced in the comments on the original contest post after the event and will be contacted by direct message.

Potential winners may also be required to sign a standard Declaration and Release form. If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, or fails to comply with these rules, BabyStudio Inc. reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternate winner.

Use of Submitted Photos & Privacy By entering, participants grant BabyStudio Inc. permission to repost, publish, and use their submitted photo and name for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Personal information collected during this contest will be used solely by BabyStudio Inc. for the administration of this giveaway in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.

General Conditions BabyStudio Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration, security, or integrity of the contest.

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By participating, entrants completely release Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability related to this promotion. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of BabyStudio Inc., which are final in all matters relating to the contest.
